Steps to Registering for Program Participation

1. Go to Resources button on the website home page.
2. Click on downloads in the drop down menu.
3. Download the document entitled  Annual Registration Invoice.
4. Complete the requested information on the form.
5. E-mail form as an attachment to fpspnj@gmail.com
6. Submit this invoice for payment to your district as per their payment policy.
